I'm Stan a full time realtor. I'm available to answer your questions or concerns. I know this may be the most important decision you are going to make in your life other than marriage.

Buying a home can be scary. I know that because I bought my first home in 1974 and I have owned homes in five different states over the years. I have lived in Delaware since May, 1981. So, you can say I know Delaware. I know how important it is for me to be available for my clients, Buyers or Sellers. I provide for both Buyers and Sellers my personal Buyers and Sellers guides to help them understand what it takes to close a deal and what my role is to my clients.

One of the things I live by is being a straight shooter and I am always looking out for my clients best interest.

Once my clients know their wants, needs and must haves, we can then get started to find them their new home. If you are a Seller then we will be getting your property ready to sell at the best price possible and secure the most attractive offer.
