Stan was an amazing resource to have in our corner in a very volatile housing market. We started our search at the beginning of 2012, just as demand was spiking and things became very unpredictable when dealing with the various sellers. However, the reason why you will want Stan on your side is that no matter how much the market changes, he was able to adapt to what was going on (no matter how quickly things were changing). Additionally, I never felt like he was just in it to make his money and move on. He ALWAYS puts our needs first. There was one particular instance where he could've decided to make the quick money and move on. But, he stood by us and helped us find EXACTLY what we were looking for.
